The owner and manager of Simms Builders Realty and Development LLC, operating as CDS Builders, he also serves as co-owner and manager of SFM Development LLC, a leading land development company in Brevard County. Christopher is a certified member of the National Association of Homebuilders.
He received the First Place Platinum Award from the Brevard County Parade of Homes in 2016, 2017, and 2018, and was honored as the Brevard County Home Builder of the Year in 2018. His commitment to excellence and quality craftsmanship continues to drive the success of his development projects, making him a prominent figure in the community.
Previously, working alongside his father, Donald Simms, Christopher successfully developed several major projects under the former Falcon Realty and Development Corp.

Tim McWilliams has been a Florida Real Estate Broker for 35 years at one time having nearly 100 agents in 2 RE/MAX franchises. He has also had a Florida Residential Contractor’s license which is no longer active. He has been awarded the prestigious Realtor of The Year award and Builder of the Year award in the Brevard County marketplace.
He is past-president of the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors and past-president of the Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard County, along with many other regional and national awards and recognition. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS in Finance. Mr. McWilliams has extensive experience in residential and commercial development and sales.
