Aripeka At Viera

The Viera Company and CDS Builders are elated to announce the new development Aripeka located off Lake Andrew Drive and Aripeka Drive. A different approach has been taken with this uniquely refreshing development, as the main goal is to preserve the integrity of the community, and the lots will not fall under a lottery system similar to other areas in Viera. Initially, the land that this development is on was all hunting land, about 400 acres were allocated to this new development. 

The uniqueness of this project falls in the preservation of the natural vegetation and Florida terraine. Lots have variations of sizes and will contain trees that will be preserved. Aesthetically the land has a beautiful old Florida feel with lot lines following the trees and vegetation. The development will also have different architectural design aspects to the houses featuring lots of windows to bring the outside in. Individually we will cater to the size of the homes to meet the needs of the customers. Outdoor activity is encouraged in this exciting new development. Exercise trails will run throughout, which will connect to the Zoo.
