It’s that magical time of the year again! At CDS Builders, we’re embracing the holiday spirit with an initiative that warms the heart and strengthens our community. We’re thrilled to share our partnership with Genesis House and Brevard County TRIAD, aimed at supporting those in need during this festive season. Our current model home at the Reserve at Lake Washington and our sales trailer in Aripeka are now proud hosts of Christmas collection boxes. We warmly invite you to join us in this act of kindness and spread holiday cheer!
Genesis House – A Safe Haven for Mothers and Children
Genesis House has been a beacon of hope, offering a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for homeless mothers and their children in Brevard. Presently, 18 mothers and their children find solace across three Genesis House properties. These residents receive comprehensive support, including housing, emotional guidance, financial education, parenting advice, counseling, and life skills training. The goal? To empower these women in building self-sufficient, loving homes. This holiday season, Genesis House is seeking donations of new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages and essential household supplies (NEW AND UNUSED, as listed below).
Brevard County Triad: Supporting Our Seniors
Brevard County Triad, a collaborative of public and private entities, focuses on the varied needs of senior citizens. From transportation to healthcare, TRIAD is there. This holiday season, they’re gathering gifts and goodies to bring joy to seniors who might be alone or in need. Can’t make it to our collection boxes? No worries! There are numerous collection points across the county, from Palm Bay to Titusville. Alternatively, you can contribute by sending a check to Brevard County TRIAD, Inc.
